Can we escape without being killed?

      Rita was lying in her cell scratching at the wall with boredom when Hyena had appeared before her cell.

“Girl what are you doing?”

Rita turned around surprise to see anyone; “Sorrrry I was bored ok; wait what are you doing here?!”

     “I’ll answer that after we get the other wolf before any of the guards notice that you guys are missing.”

    Hyena was digging a hole under the cell door when he popped out to the other side of the cell and began to untied Rita.

     “Hurry up! We don’t have much time,” both off them climbed under the door and was off running with Hyena in the lead to find and rescue the other female wolf.

        Luna had already managed to break the rope that was tied to her when Hyena and Rita came up. Hyena came right up to her and starting digging while Rita was talking to her outside the cell.

    “Mamma we got to hurry up and leave here the guards already notice that he escaped they will be checking my cell any minute now.”

     Luna and Hyena left her cage once Hyena finished digging under the door and the sounds of the guards were softly being heard in the distance.

    “Come on you too I’ll explain things once we reach the exit of this place.”

        All three wolves where ducking around corners and dodging guards and other creatures when a group of wolves and Hyena’s Squad Leader found them.

    “Where do you think you are going 3G with those to two inmates?”

    “Don’t call me that my name is Hyena!”

    “Hehe is that how you talk to your Squad Leader? I see why you have that nickname you truly are the worse 3G. You can’t really believe that you can just up and leave the army you are sworn into this thing only death will release you from us.”

        Hyena turned his head to the girls behind him, “The exit is right behind them so I will make a path for you guys to run through. All you have to do is get outside the summit and head east until you reach a big river. Once you cross that you are in another creature’s territory so none of the army members will follow you there.”

    A army member growled, “The only way those girls are leaving here is if they are dead too so it’s useless to think of an escape plan.”

     Luna and Rita now stepped up beside Hyena, “We are not going to leave you here to get killed Hyena you are coming with us.”

    One of the army member laughed, “Look at this two brainless girls willing to die for a useless boy; oh what sad irony this is.”

        The pack of wolves where now laughing wildly at them when an unexpected gust of strong wind had picked up the army wolves. They spin in the air for a few seconds as if they were in a mini tornado, and were sent flying to the ground.

    “Run!”

     Hyena, Rita, and Luna ran over them and made it into the summit when the sound of alarm was heard. The whole military in the Base knew that those three was trying to escape. The guards that sat in the summit started to throw weapons and bombs at them. They were avoiding them well until an arrow nearly hit Hyena in the face. Luckily a muddy wall had appeared and was blocking the attacks from hitting them from above and the rear.

        The three wolves managed to escape the summit and were running in the meadow when they heard wolves chasing them. Even though they were running fast for quite some time and even though they were in the lead they still could not catch a moment’s break because, unfortunately, it was already getting dark and the demons were also noticing their presence.  They soon were being chased by not only the wolves from the military Base but by demons too. They were close to approaching the river when the wolves stop following them and went back to Base because of the multiple demons closing in on all of them.

    Hyena in full breath cried out, “Those demons are going to catch you two if you guys don’t run faster.”

    Hyena was easily in the lead and was trying to slow down so the girls could get ahead when a sudden burst of fire had formed a line behind the wolves which had stopped the demons in their tracks. The little group had successfully crossed the river and was no longer getting chased but they still didn’t slow down or stop running until they were many miles away from the river and out of any noticeable danger.
